ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK PUBLIKASI KEMASAN PANGAN BERBAHAN TEPUNG CASSAVA DALAM DATABASE SCOPUS
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Pertumbuhan publikasi ilmiah tentang kemasan pangan berbahan dasar tepung cassava, 2) Peringkat pertumbuhan jurnal inti publikasi ilmiah kemasan pangan berbahan tepung cassava, 3) Produktivitas peneliti tentang kemasan pangan berbahan dasar tepung cassava, 4) Jumlah publikasi kemasan pangan berbahan tepung cassava berdasarkan afiliasi/lembaga,5) Jumlah publikasi kemasan pangan berbahan tepung cassava berdasarkan negara, 6) Jumlah publikasi berdasarkan tipe dokumen,7) Jumlah publikasi berdasarkan subjek, 8) Visualisasi peta kemasan pangan berbahan tepung cassava. Data diperoleh melalui data Scopus melalui pencarian database Scopus.com yang terbit pada yang terbit pada tahun 2004 sampai 2020 selama 16 tahun. Data dari Scopus dianalisis secara deskriptif dan topik penelitian dianalisis menggunakan software VosViewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internasional journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food Hydrocolloids, Carbohydrate Polymers, Industrial Crops and Products, International Journal of Food Sciences and Technology, Food Packaging and Shelf Life, Journal of Food Science, Lwt Food Science and Technology, Iop of Agricultural annd Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry adalah 10 publikasi yang terbanyak. 10 Subjek yang banyak diteliti adalah Agricultural and Biological Science, Chemistry, Materials Sciences, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology, Energy, Economics, Econometrics and Finance, Physics And Astronomy, Environmental Science.
