Experiment was conducted at green house of Research Institute for Industrial Crops Cimanggu, Bogor in 1983. The objective was to find out the effect of growth regulator concentration (NAA) on the cutting growth. The cutting material used are water shoots from clove protogeny of Zanzibar 12. Completely Randomized design with four concentration treatment and three replication was used. The concentration consist of 0 (control), 1250, 2500, and 5000 ppm. Cutting propagation by single-node with a pair of leaf. The result showed that number of rooting and shooting in cutting at 1250 ppm brought about the highest (10%), followed 2500 ppm (6,6%), whereas control and 5000 ppm concentration only shooting not rooting (5%).
